Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your item to request a replacement or refund. Please provide photos of the damaged item along with your order number and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Please also note that the following items are not eligible for return: personalized or custom-made items, perishable goods, and items that have been used or opened.
